My Goals for 2017

So 2016 is coming to an end, it’s been a good year but time to look at the future.
This article is focusing on my personal goals for the following year. This is more for myself, to keep myself accountable and have my goals out there.

Personal Development:
-Read more, watch TV less (Aim for 1 book every 2 weeks).
-Focus on my Open University course.
-Travel more (visit multiple countries and book something long term).
-Increase monthly income and decrease outgoings (Save money).

Gym/health Goals:
-Finish one of my sprint Triathlons in under 2 hours.
-Complete an Olympic distance Triathlon.
-Compete in 2 martial arts competitions.
-Snatch my bodyweight.
-Squat 2x bodyweight ATG.
-Manage to do a L-sit to Handstand (Before May).
-Hold a back lever for 15 seconds.
-Progress to a Planche.

As you can see, a lot of these goals are gym and health based, however my personal development goals will definitely take a longer amount of time and will take more concentration to complete.

2017 will be a good year.
