So May has come and gone. It’s been a good month I think!
I turned 22, went shopping and bought lots of clothes, hit 2,200 followers on Instagram.
Articles wise, we have been quite health and fitness related:
We started the month with a guide to Coffee. As most of you know and if you follow me on Instagram you know I love Coffee so this was a very fun article for me to write and hope you enjoy it.
The following week we worked on our posture. My training follows a lot of mobility/gymnastics and weightlifting work so I am able to do a lot of loaded stretching. Posture is important for many reasons and improves your confidence massively.
So for the past month, I’ve been self-experimenting with heat treatment and cold immersion. After listening to a podcast by Tim Ferris I decided to start giving it a try. It’s amazing how much better I feel. Try it out yourself and let me know how you get on!
I work best in the morning. To get the day off to the right start I need a good morning routine. It can be a difficult habit to get into this and wake up before you usually do, but trust me. It helps.
Rounding off the month, we finish with a conversation I had with a good friend of mine. My top 4 mobility exercises that I use to mobilise my entire body. Very simple but mainly focuses on the shoulders, spine, hips and ankles. It’s done wonders for my mobility.
